We do not control data processing on the Teachable platform. We recommend reviewing their policy before registering.

Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA) if required for MailerLite's services. In such cases, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) are used to ensure data protection in accordance with GDPR.

10. Mobile Application

This Privacy Policy also applies to the "Olga: Horary Astrology Chart" mobile application (the "Mobile App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, with the following specifics:

• Account and email. The Mobile App does not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use it. An email address is collected only if you choose to save or open charts in the cloud, in which case it is verified by a one-time 6-digit code and used as the key for your cloud-saved charts (the same cloud storage used by the website).
• Subscriptions. Full access is sold as an auto-renewable in-app subscription processed by Apple or Google. To verify your subscription and grant access, the Mobile App sends the store transaction identifier (Apple originalTransactionId or Google purchaseToken) and the product identifier to our backend (calc.morinus-astrology.com), which stores these identifiers along with the subscription’s expiry date and, if provided, your verified email. We do not receive or store your Apple ID or Google account credentials or full payment details — payment is processed entirely by Apple/Google.
• No advertising or tracking SDKs. The Mobile App does not include advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) collection, and does not use third-party analytics services that profile you across other apps or websites.
• Device and location data. The Mobile App accesses the device’s location (for the GPS auto-detect feature when casting a chart) and locale/time-zone information necessary to cast charts. Chart data you enter is stored on your device and, if you use the cloud save feature, on our server under your verified email.

The GDPR rights described in this Policy apply to the personal data processed in connection with the Mobile App as well. To exercise them, contact support@morinus-astrology.com.
