Morinus LLC, registered in the state of Delaware, United States, hereinafter referred to as "School," provides you with access to its website under the terms described below.

By accessing this School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to remotely access, use, and temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School's website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

3. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School's website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The School does not warrant that any materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. The School may change the materials on its website at any time without notice. However, the School does not make any commitment to update the materials.

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your learning experience. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All our courses and subscriptions have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, within the first 30 days of your purchase, you find that our content doesn't meet your expectations, we will provide you with a full refund, no questions asked. 
  2. Partial Refund for Partial Course Completion (for One-Time Purchase): While we do our best to accommodate your learning needs, please understand that if you have watched more than 50% of a course and decide it's not the right fit for you, we can only provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you've completed 80% or more of the course.
  3. Subscription Renewal: Please note that our subscription plans automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted access to our content. It's important to remember that you are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to continue. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for renewed subscriptions as they fall outside of our initial 30-day refund window. To cancel your subscription, click on your profile in the navigation bar and go to Memberships & Subscriptions.

7. Mobile Application and In-App Subscriptions

Morinus LLC also offers a mobile application, "Olga: Horary Astrology Chart" (the "Mobile App"), available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Full access to the Mobile App’s features ("Platinum" access) is sold as an auto-renewable in-app purchase subscription ("olga_platinum", monthly or yearly) processed by Apple or Google through their respective in-app purchase systems.

Free Introductory Trial. Where offered and where you are eligible, a 14-day free introductory trial grants full Platinum access for the trial period without charge. The introductory free trial is limited to one per Apple ID or Google account per subscription group; users who have already used an introductory offer for this subscription are not eligible for another. When the trial period ends, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.

Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds. Payment, billing, renewal timing, and refunds for the Mobile App subscription are governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective terms and policies — not by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee in Section 6, which applies to web-based courses and subscriptions only. You can manage or cancel your Mobile App subscription or trial at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; access remains active until the end of the current paid or trial period.

Store Terms. By purchasing a subscription through the Mobile App, you agree to the applicable Apple App Store and/or Google Play terms of service. The store is the authoritative source for your subscription status, eligibility for introductory offers, and refund processing.

8. Student’s Obligations

The student agrees to:

  1. provide accurate and up-to-date information, including their place of residence, to ensure correct invoicing;
  2. not share their login details for the student portal with third parties;
  3. not modify the code of websites and applications related to the course;
  4. not disclose confidential information to which the student has access to third parties.

Providing knowingly false information or failing to comply with any other requirements of this section may be considered a breach of the agreement and result in its unilateral termination without compensation for damages.

9. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website without notice. Using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School's website shall be governed by the laws of the School's home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
